Organic reach without ad budget
Reach that is earned rather than bought. Across all the accounts I have run since 2021 that adds up to more than 100 million organic impressions, by my own count, as of August 2026.
What I actually do
- Find formats that are already working in your field, and understand why, not just copy the surface.
- Turn one piece of source material into many clips, so a single filming day feeds weeks.
- Run several accounts in parallel instead of betting everything on one.
- Publish daily, because reach comes from rhythm and not from single good ideas.
- Measure what travelled and feed it back into the next round.
The tooling behind it
I built my own dashboard for this. Every night it looks at what around 150 tracked accounts posted, and rates each post against the size of its account and how fast it took off, rather than against raw follower count. Anything unusual is on my list the next morning with the reason attached. I built it because I kept finding formats two weeks too late.
What I do not do
- No bought followers and no engagement groups. It shows, and it costs you the account.
- No guarantee of a viral video. Anyone promising you that is selling luck.
- No content that has nothing to do with what you actually sell.
What it costs
Depends on how much you produce yourself and how much I take over. Strategy, format research and analysis is one thing. Editing, publishing and running several accounts every day is a very different amount of work. We define the scope first, then the price.
Common questions
How long until something happens?
The first signals show up within weeks, a stable channel takes months. Anyone giving you a date is guessing.
Do I have to be on camera?
It helps a lot and it is not mandatory. Voice, hands, screen and product carry a channel too, it just takes longer.
Which platform should I start with?
The one where your customers already scroll, not the one that is currently being talked about. For most Austrian businesses that means Instagram plus one second channel.
Who owns the accounts?
You. They are registered on your details from day one, and I work with access rights that you can revoke.
Is this the same as paid ads?
No. This is reach you do not pay for per view. I have also managed paid budgets, but that is a separate decision and a separate cost.
Does this fit your case?
Write two sentences about what eats your time. I will tell you honestly whether it pays off.
